This brought me back…to the “furnace room” in my grandmothers house. It’s where we’d put the dough to rise on Saturday morning. I felt a kinship with that dough as it grew with my anticipation of pizza for dinner! Leaning against the washing machine with book and getting up after every page to check the progress.
